At Change Stores, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. While we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that there may occasionally be situations where you need to request a return or exchange. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and details of the issue.
Eligibility for Returns
A product may be eligible for return or exchange if:
- You received a defective or damaged item
- You received an incorrect product
- There is a size or fitting issue
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
In case of a return or exchange request, the shipping cost for returning the product must be borne by the customer.
Customers may ship the product back to our warehouse using a reliable courier service of their choice. Once the package is shipped, the courier receipt must be shared with our support team for tracking purposes.
Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Discounted or sale items
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Return Processing
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
- Return shipments usually take 7–10 working days to reach us.
- After inspection and approval, we will process the exchange or store credit.
- Please note that each product can only be exchanged once.
Refund Policy
Currently, Change Stores does not provide monetary refunds.
Approved returns will be processed as store credit equal to the product value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Store credit will be issued only after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the product so we can assist you promptly.
