Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for orders placed on Change Stores are calculated and determined by our reputed third-party logistics partners. We do not directly set or control the shipping fees.
- Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹2,999 within India.
- For orders below ₹2,999, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and courier partner rates.
- The final order value is calculated after applying any applicable discounts, promotions, and taxes (GST).
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
Once an order is successfully placed, it is typically processed within 24 working hours.
After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner operations. In certain cases, delivery timelines may extend up to 8 business days due to logistical delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Shipping & Order Tracking
All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We work with reliable third-party logistics companies to ensure smooth and secure delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered WhatsApp number or email, along with a tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery Attempts & Non-Availability
If the courier partner is unable to deliver the package due to customer unavailability, they will attempt delivery up to three times.
If delivery remains unsuccessful after these attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate and complete.
